Terms and Conditions of Field Hire

General Rules

Your dog remains your responsibility at all times.
Our fields are regularly checked for cleanliness, security issues and litter but please do pick up your own dog poo and dispose of it in the bin provided. When dogs are playing, the odd poo can be missed so if you come across any other dog poo please pick it up and hopefully someone will do the same for you! Try to work together to keep it clean for all of us to enjoy. If you notice any other maintenance issues please report it to us via Charlotte on 07968 865 339 as soon as possible, so we can get it fixed and keep it safe.

We hold liability insurance however My Dog Field Ltd / Dogs Run Free Ltd / My Dog Field Diggle / My Dog Field Cuddington / C J Ruddy / Charlotte Ruddy / organisers (we) will not be held responsible for any client or pet during the hire of our field. All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners risk. We accept no responsibility for damage, accidents or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.

Payment for field hire is made prior to arrival.

Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours of your slot time, unfortunately cannot be refunded.
