Unfortunately we do not allow cancellation or rescheduling of bookings within 48 hours of your current booking.
If you are unable to make your booking please call Charlotte 07968 865 339, we will try to resell your booked slot, if we can you can rebook on another day. If we are unable to resell your slot unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
